What's Up uses various methods to help you cope with Depression, Anxiety, Stress and more. The "Get Grounded" page contains over 100 different questions to pinpoint what you're feeling, and the "Thinking Patterns" page teaches you how to stop negative self-talk. 

Calm is a meditation and relaxation app. This app provides sleep stories, breathing programs, stretching exercises, and relaxing music. 

SAM is a self-help app. Users can build their own toolkit that helps them track their thoughts and behaviors, and learn different self-help techniques.

MindShift is designed for teens and young adults with anxiety. MindShift stresses the importance of changing how you think about anxiety. This app is like a cheerleader in your pocket, it encourages you to change your life, ride out intense emotions, and face challenging situations. 

Happify is your fast-track to a good mood. You can try various engaging games, activity suggestions, gratitude prompts and more to train your brain to overcome negative thoughts.
